Help the Carey Family
The Fenian Sons have been an integral part of our fundraisers. Our annual Spring Fundraiser was a celebration of Ed and his love for Irish music. We have been blessed to have the band's support and are grateful for them always being there for us.
Unfortunately, on February 15, 2026, Billy Carey lost his battle to occupational cancer. We thank Billy for his friendship, laughter, and music. No doubt Ed and Billy are enjoying lots of laughs together as they have a pint or two.
Please help us support Bill's wife Jill and their children Gavin, Molly, and Connor. Billy was always there to help others, and I hope that we can do the same for him.

Foundation Fundraisers
Thank you for your interest in the Foundation's upcoming events. At this time, we do not have any fundraising events scheduled for 2026. We are currently evaluating what events to do in the future. But rest assured, the Foundation is not going away.
We continue to honor Ed and continue his legacy of helping Boston children and families in need. Our Boston Marathon team is currently working hard to raise funds for the Foundation. The money they raise helps support our Smile-On Grant program and allows us to continue our commitment to the Oak Square YMCA and Camp Walsh.
